Laura, face of PinkApfel

I am a mother of two boys (born 2017 and 2018) & a girl (born 2020) and I can tell you pregnancy and motherhood changed me, not completely, but a fair bit.

Yes I am a registered nutritionist but it's not just about food, it's about you. Especially women fascinate me, their lifecycle is one of the most exciting, sorry men you don't get pregnant.

I constantly ask myself the question "Where does health start?", is it in your mothers's womb or way before you merged with your dad's sperm.

Science says, health starts generations before you barely exist, it is in the DNA. But hey don't worry it's not too late to do something. Before getting pregnant there is so much you can do for your and your babies health, tiny little steps even when you're pregnant.

I want to show you those tiny little steps. Take care of yourself and your future generations.

When you think pregnancy is tough then wait being a mother going through those newborn stages over to toddlerhood. There is no epidural or any kind of recipes for that. It's exciting how different babies can be, mine are the completely opposite of each other.

Let's work together, it doesn't matter if it's about breast-feeding, weaning or tantrums or family meals. It's about you and your family not how your friend or neighbour does things. Keep calm and find your health.
